Dr. Edna Pasher adds: "In this interview Dr. Shaul Lev refers to a project we did together in the Rabin Medical Center implementing the principles of Complexity Theory in an Action Research method designing the future of the hospital.
Dr. Boaz Tadmor led the team, which also included Prof. Pierre Singer, the head of the ICU at Beilinson Hospital, who had volunteered to lead a pilot in his department, and Dr. Bina Rubinovich, head of the Infection Prevention Unit. The team also included Colonel (ret.) Dr. Dan Tortan, a physician and combat pilot in the IDF, with whom we had implemented the Complexity Theory, when he was the commander of Hatzor Airbase and later accepted my invitation to join this project, and Mor Harir, my partner in InnoBa, a startup in which we implement Complexity Theory to accelerate innovation in cities.
In 2017, we could not possibly foresee that we were laying the basis for the coping mechanism in the current Covid 19 crisis. What Dr. Shaul Lev said in this interview really touched us all!".
